There are three motives why I chose that name… Empowerment, Stewardship, Community.

After many years of employment as an HR professional, I felt drawn to go start my own business and provide services to many companies rather than just one. There are countless companies that have a necessity for an HR professional but don’t have the budget or need for a full time employee. That is where I come in…3 Whys Consulting is just how it sounds.  

Since launching 3WC’s, I have had the opportunity to work with a vast variety of businesses; large and small. Each company has had different challenges and required a variety of HR expertise. It is my mission to dedicate myself to supporting them through the labyrinth that is human resources while helping to remove the negative stigma that often is associated with the HR role.

I am a member of the Petaluma Area Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Committee and Ambassador. A volunteer for the non-profit Petaluma Leghorns Baseball and Leghorns Academy, LLC. In my leisure time, I enjoy reading, puzzling, camping, road-trips, off-roading in Moab, Utah, walking my dogs Posey and Hazel and visiting my son in Montana.
